Well don't I feel foolish. I had another post where I found the answer in the Help Knowledge Base. But did I check there for this problem? Not immediately.
But I just checked and sure enough there's a note in there saying that new devices must be re-registered. I guess I didn't go far enough. I'm not getting the proper alerts.
