Appigo Sync appends additional information to your tasks when they are stored in iCal. Your task's relationship to a parent task is part of this information, which makes sure that your subtasks are displayed under their assigned parent task (projects and checklists).
What could have happened here is that MobileMe uploaded all your calendars and tasks but it did not include Todo's additional information. Once you downgraded to the regular MobileMe, your calendars and tasks were put back into your computer without the Todo metadata. This incomplete information may have propagated across your devices, thus "breaking" your projects and checklists in Todo and Todo for iPad. To avoid this, in the future, you can follow the steps below: - Make sure all your tasks are in Todo - Create an iTunes back up of your device - In Todo, go to Settings > Synchronization > Switch Services > Appigo Sync > Switch - Then go through the same pairing steps you went through when you first setup Appgigo Sync ( http://support.appigo.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=18&nav=0,5 ) - Your first sync should prompt you if you want to keep or discard your Todo tasks. Choose "Keep". This will replace your iCal tasks with the tasks in Todo and it will give your sync data a fresh start The Appigo Team -- Appigo Support [email protected] Learn more about Todo (task management made simple), Corkulous (collect, organize, and share your ideas), Notebook (notes available everywhere), and AccuFuel (fuel efficiency tracker) on Appigo's website: http://www.appigo.com/ Follow the latest from Appigo on Facebook: http://www.tinyurl.com/appigo-fb Follow the latest from Appigo on Twitter: http://twitter.com/appigo Participate with Appigo and our community using the following Google groups: http://groups.google.com/group/appigo-todo/ http://groups.google.com/group/appigo-corkulous/ http://groups.google.com/group/appigo-notebook/ http://groups.google.com/group/appigo-accufuel/ On Mon, Aug 23, 2010 at 11:26 AM, Wil <[email protected]> wrote: > Experienced exactly the same and downgraded to the original iCal (via > the same Beta Calendar) with the following result that all my iPhones, > iMac and MacBook synch perfectly again without any data loss.
