No.  The task is stored locally in both Todo apps.

You can email them back and forth repeatedly.

Toodledo Pro supports shared lists:
   http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?search=share

So if you use Toodledo for Todo synchronization, then you can do what you
want.
