I've been trying the new Todo Online facility, but for me it had a couple of shortcomings. Twice now I've sent an email with some suggestions and questions, but after a few weeks have never had a reply. This doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the new system! I don't want to commit to it if I can't get basic support. Are you answering support emails?
