I'm using Outlook 2003 (on Win XP) and syncing my Tasks with Todo using "ToodleDo" on 3 devices: (Desktop PC / Laptop / iPhone)
Whenever syncing takes place Outlook basically comes to a stand still...completely bogging down until it finishes syncing, which can can take several minutes ! I usually have about 10 active tasks at most times... and always delete "completed tasks" too .
