We lost about half an apple block and all of the peaches in 2004.
FSA verified the losses and ownership of the blocks.  There was some funding 
for tree replacement.  I don't remember the details except the assistance was 
welcome.  No issues that I recall.

I'd like to know what, if any, experience fellow growers might have had with 
the government's Tree Assistance Program (TAP) that was put in place a couple 
of years ago to "assist" growers with replanting (replacing) trees that were 
killed by the severe winter of '14?
