Good Morning Gentlemen, We have been using students from the Czech Republic and Slovakia for over eight years now who come to us using the J-1 "Work and Travel" visa program. This is the same program that Olga is suggesting. Overall, we have been very satisfied with the quality of students that we have hired. I actually go there each winter now to interview students prior to hiring them and have created a very good recruiting network and some very good friendships as well. The fact that ich spreche Deutsch also helps.
