Adding Value - Wine-Making and On Farm Winery Workshops
We will be holding 2 days of workshops on wine-making and the basics of 
starting an on-farm winery.  The April 20th session is on basic wine-making.  
The April 21st session will cover costs and procedures for setting up a winery, 
followed by demonstrations of laboratory techniques used to evaluate wines 
during production. Wine-making from grapes and other fruit like apples, pears 
and berries will be considered.    These session will be geared to people with 
little or no wine-making experience, specifically commercial fruit growers who 
would like to consider making and selling wine from their fruit.  This course 
is not for homeowners or hobbyists.  Registrations forms are available at:
