I found it sadly amusing that the article instructs you to "avoid eating food 
in plastic" and to filter your tapwater, but fails to mention that tapwater, 
unlike bottled water, has the virtue of not being packaged in plastic.  Scare 
stories will be published from time to time.  I don't expect this one to have 
more traction than the others.

Meanwhile -- Gotta pick up a few more of those local peaches my husband bought 
this week.  Pesticides and all, they are in season and they are awfully tasty.
