Hi When we produce red apples, we want firmness and sweet apples fruits. As we know soluble solids rise in storage as star is convert to soluble solids, but also de fruit firmness decreases. So I want to find away get a good balance bettew them, by predicting better the harvest. I ask if someone know about some paper discussing this subject or related experience.
