Hi Rick -
I just know of Penn State's pruning and harvesting DVDs.
But I would think WA state would have some resources.

Subject: [apple-crop] fruit and egetable production resources in Spanish

All,

We are developing materials for a USDA NIFA-funded Beginning Farmer and Rancher
Development Grant focused on training new fruit and vegetable growers. A
portion of our efforts will be directed specifically to Hispanic workers, some
of whom are bilingual and some of whom are not. If any of you are familiar
with particularly good Spanish-language resources that cover fruit and
vegetable production topics (hopefully more than just pruning videos although
those are good too), I would appreciate it if you would please send me links or
citations if you can take a few minutes to do so.

Thanks.

Rick Weinzierl
