Greetings apple growers, In the apple industry, one of the highest measures of success is the Apple Grower Of The Year Award. Celebrating its 25th year in 2013, this award, presented by American/Western Fruit Grower magazine and sponsored by DuPont Crop Protection in cooperation with the U.S. Apple Association, recognizes those apple growers who have reached outstanding levels of success, and are constantly doing their part to move the industry forward. Past winners include John Rice, Grady Auvil, George Lamont, Evan and Nathan Milburn, Gary Mount, Mo Tougas, and most recently Jeff Leonardini of Washington Fruit and Produce Co.
