We've struggled over the last few years in describing some of the new apples. Sweet, Tart, Hard, etc don't seem to cut it anymore but when I try to describe them, I get too complicated. I'm curious as to what descriptors you all are using. Needs to be simple, yet descriptive and understandable to the general public. Thanks for any feedback.
