Thanks everyone for your input. It looks like I may have multiple issues here. As I promised, here is another set of pictures, some of the same yellow apples I initially sent around, and some of a red apple. The red apple appears to be quite clearly stink bug. The yellow apple may have a combination of stink bug and physiological issues.
