Update: the "Sender:" field is not really relevant
here. Normal behaviour is that "Reply" uses the "From:" field unless
"Reply-To:" is used, while "Reply to All" uses the contents of the
fields "From:", "To:" and "Cc:". This is probably oversimplified :-)
Anyhow, the normal mechanisms do not work in the presence of
the "Reply-To:" header.
