I just dug out an issue of inCider and found an ad for the Z-Ram Ultra. It came in 3 flavors: Ultra 1 had memory only, Ultra 2 had memory up to 1 meg, plus the clock function, and Ultra 3 which had memory, clock and Z-80 funtions. I believe they had versions for both the //c and //c+ since they differed in the way memory cards attached to the motherboard.
