Some of those dsk files you can download dont seem to work but that doesnt seem to be your problem. I suggest you take the dsk file over to your A2 and use dsk2file to convert them, Then use copy II+.
I think that might work. Hopefully someone will come on here and give you better info. You might ask on comp.sys.apple2.emulators if you dont get enough response here. I got some dsk file converted a few years ago. But I can ftp from my A2. Doing it from a mac involves that infernal fork. I use a pc and a superdrive.
