Hello! I'm Antonio Rodr�guez (a.k.a. Grijan). I'm from Spain, I have 27 years (just like Apple Computer ;-) ), and I have just entered this list.
I have joined here because my first computer was an Apple //c (bought in 1984), and even if I've had several computers in these 20 years (most of them PCs :-( ), the Apple ][s will allways be special for me, and not only because they are cute pieces of hard and soft. My //c is the computer with which I have learned computer science and programming (now I'm a professional programmer), and the computer I have used the longer time. I currently have a growing collection of 8-bit computers of different types, most of them in perfect working conditions. I have among them two Apple ][s: my 19-year-old original //c (yes - the model that has 16 Kb of ROM and the modem port bug, with an machine ID byte of $FF), a beige Apple //e Enhanced, with 128 Kb of RAM, Disk ][ and UniDisk controllers in slots 6 and 4, and an unidentifyed card in slot 2 (perhaps a data adquisition interface? - this computer was in a college's laboratory) and an Imagewriter I. I also have a collection of over one hundred 5 1/4" disks, almost all of them double-sided, with software for the Apple ][. I'd like to have more Apple ][ computers and disks, but here in Spain the Apple ][ was a very rare computer even in its better days :-( . In my collection there are two or three dozens of disks filled with programs made by me along the time. I'd like to share them with you - I think you can find some of them interesting. It's fun to write software for such a simple and cute machine as the Apple ][.
