Steven...well I just got it and plugged it in...haven't had a chance to verify the seller's size by counting the sectors displayed but will do later today. I got the drive from:

Regarding the floppy disk drive....I got the 3.5" controller card and a SuperDrive from John at Vintage Micros: http://www.vintagemicros.com/index.php and the drive will R/W all the way up to 1.44MB disks....I didn't know it could do that either but it sure does. John sells on eBay and is one of the very best sellers I've dealt with.
