A PC Transporter went the other way from that QuadraRAM card you're talking about. Gives you IBM XT compatibility on a //e or GS. You need IBM style drives to use it as such, but otherwise it makes use of the Apple's abilities like clock function if there, memory, etc. The PCT could also have memory on it and act as extra memory for the Apple too.
