After you go to apple.com, select the support button. Then select the download buton. On the right hand side, you'll see OS 9.1 is one of the popular ones, select that. Scroll down, select the 71mb file (unless you don't have high-speed, then you'll have to select the multi's). After you selet that, agree to the terms. You get shot bak to that page, select it again, from there you should be abe to download it (I just did all of that, on my PC)
