The scanner works great with InWords--I still use that combo on a regular basis. Only cavaet would be that it works MUCH better on an accelerated machine - I tried it on my //e at regular speed an it was slow. Much better at 8mhz. You may have to play with the setting on the scanner a bit too, but it's a lot faster than transcribing something by typing it out!
