Would you want to go back to MS/DOS 1.0?

Get your hands on a good shell like Davex or KIX, a part of Kyan Pascal.
Both run under ProDOS.

ftp.asimov.apple.net. Tons of images there. Converting the images to
real disks is easy but not if you don't have at least one disk with the
necessary utilities. Then you have to go through a bootstrapping process
that's tricky but an interesting learning experience.

One of these days I'll have to verify that the only difference between
revision "A", "B" and "C" Apple SCSI cards is the ROM. Hey, come to think of
it, could your friend to burn a few extras?
