Pricing things turns out to be a subjective issue. We know it's either a one or a one-and-a-half meg card, which in those days was a HUGE amount of RAM. RAM cards are desireable, but SCSI cards are moreso. I'd put it on eBay with a high reserve price to see what bids you get on it.
