Both of these cards are rather rare and very expensive, and I think the RAMFast is the more valuable of the two. I know that I've considered selling my Apple HS SCSI due to the price a couple of times (mostly because I crippled my IIgs by damaging my Transwarp GS), but it always comes back to the expense of replacing the critter in the off chance that I started using the IIgs again.
