Actually, I used to own abou 60 of the IIEs. The newer Platinum power supplies seemed to go out and the old ones kept on trudging. We're talking power supplies made in the early 80s. I'd trust an older PS than a newer one. I am involved in cleaning out my garage full of Mac and Apple stuff. Take them to the junk yard and throw them in the cars for weight. Most of the cars, now days, are replete with computer stuff, so the junk man loves to see me come with another haul. I've 'bout got a van and a small trailor full right now. :) I am saying goodbye to the Pizza Macs right now.
