Cool John,
We live in a small house with an abundance of computers. Right now, my wife is
working on the original bndi blue Mac as she is working toward her Lactation
Consultant Certification. We couldn't live without Graphic Conver.

I know that one of the little screens is screwed. I have bruises on my butt because I
didn't hang around and two more of them plust their IIc at a school sale. My back was
hurting and simply couldn't stand there long enough to bid on them. I regret it,
because, I do think that setup is so cool. One thing about Jobs and Apple, they tend
to be design oriented. I saw one of those monitors witha holder on it at a pawn shop.
The guy was not too interested in me looking at it.

The problem with the monitor that has a glitch in it, is that it scrambles about an
inch of the picture in the middle of the screen. I have had zero luck on working on
monitors. Probably just a joint solder that has gone cold.

I spent this morning working on some Power Macs in front of my garage which I had
purchased at an auction. All of the CPUs worked great, but 3 out of the 4 16" monitors
would show the on light, but nothing on the screen. It took a hydrocordone and half,
plus heatpacks, after I prepped the CPUs and moved the monitors. I am not supposed to
lift anything heavier than a feather. Something I refuse to bid on is a Apple Vision
17AV. Lifting them into the stationwagon is a killer.

The little 9 inch screen of the Apple C is much like the monitor that is in the Model
4Ps, except Apple was smart enough to make theirs High Res.
Dale
