'Evening All, Um, I guess you might say I'm a refugee from the LEM Swap list...
I'm looking for a (cheap) source for a like-new IIGS keyboard. Does anyone know of one? I saw one listed on a site for $40 + shipping and can only hope that this is not the going rate for it. [wrings hands] If you have one of these 'boards and it's not quite up to "like-new" condition, please shoot me an email anyway. I'm not sure if looking for one of these in like-new condition is entirely appropriate given the age of the equipment, but I'm pretty anal-retentive about my gear, and I'm trying to get one in as good a condition as possible. The 'board would be shipped as cheaply as possible (Parcel Post anyone?) to 95132 (San Francisco Bay Area). I'm running a 9600 box and am looking for a more "clickety" (sp?) keyboard. I'm not too interested in the newer Apple gear because, well, I feel the build quality has gone south. I hope to pick up one of these boards on the cheap for a test drive in the hopes of making it my new "main" keyboard. I'd be grateful for any light you folks could shed on this.
