I previously wrote this to the list:

than one 3.5" floppy
                      >>drive, but neither machine
ever seems to recognize
                      >>more than one 3.5" drive,
although I've read that
                      this
                      >>can be done.
                      >>

                      The reply came:

I have tried this and still
can't get my IIgs to
                      recognize more than one 3.5
drive. I know that both of
my 3.5 drives work because I've
tried them each
                      without the other. The IIgs
recognizes one 3.5 drive
and two 5.25 drives but never
recognizes more than one
                      3.5 drive.

It would be handy to have it
recognize two 3.5 drives
as I don't as yet have a hard
drive and need one 3.5
                      drive for the system software.

Has anyone else had this problem
or know what the
solution is? I have two IIgs
computers and they both
                      act this way.
