Multiram was a Checkmate card, did 80-col as well as extended memory (I don't know if it went beyond 1 meg), and offered RGB. AE made a big deal when they were selling the RamWorks card that the RW card had RGB as an option and therefore the buyer wasn't "forced" into buying something they might not want.

Both these cards work off the aux slot--which is to the left (keyboard nearest you) when you pop the top of the computer. On the Euro's I believe that for some reason they put the aux slot directly in line with slot 3--I've never seen a Euro model to verify that. :)
