Not for certain, but it looks like that might be a very early Apple ][ board (maybe before they had them in cases, but after the Apple I). I'd say that because it has the Apple Computer logo imprinted on the board, which seems to rule out the Apple I board, and also the chips are all in neat rows (which differs some from the layout on later Apples - ][+s, IIe, etc.).
Can Howard or someone else give us a more precise delineation of the board's probably history?
But yeah, I'd say the seller is hoping for a bit more than they might get on the price...
