The II+ shipped with a floating-point BASIC supplied by Microsoft and
tweaked a bit by Apple to support the Apple II's graphics modes. The II
shipped with Integer BASIC, which was Woz's creation.

IIRC, the mini-assembler also went away in the II+ due to lack of space. It
resurfaced in the IIc and subsequent machines (including the enhanced IIe,
but not the original IIe).
