Sun Remarketing (http://www.sunrem.com) had IIc memory expansion cards a while back (may still have them; their web site is not fully operational just now). I have no idea if these cards are compatible with the IIc+.
IIRC, the IIc+ had an actual motherboard connection that was specifically designed to be used with a memory expansion card. The earlier IIc needed to have any card piggybacked onto either one of the ROMs or the CPU (I forget which this early in the morning. :) ) Applied Engineering made cards for both. For the IIc the card came in 3 flavors--memory only, memory plus clock function, and then those two plus CP/M.
Interestingly, (to me at least) they had to patch DOS in memory to access the clock functions--it wasn't directly available to the computer since it wasn't in a recognizable "slot" and had to do it in memory since they legally couldn't do a patch to DOS 3.3 or ProDOS on disk. (once loaded it was fair game I guess.) They then used this same clock design setup for the SerialPro card for the //e. Works, but the computer doesn't officially know there's a clock installed. (SlotScan confirms this if you've ever tried.)
