Enjoyed reading your letter.
I'm a long-time Apple and Mac user who has not kept up with the
technology. There is a B&W G3 Tower in my dining room with a G4
upgrade but I haven't used it yet...
Fairly recently I got the "bug" to acquire many of the things I could
not afford when they were new. I've also picked up a few which I did
own back in "the day." Apple IIe, IIc, original Newton, Newton
eMate. There's a stack of laptops ranging from a Powerbook 190 to
Lombard. A very nice Portable Mac.
It's been exciting for me to own all these machines which I could
only dream about when they were new. And it's fun to see how
functional and useful they remain after all these years.
