Again, why? When you can run software that emulates the entire machine at 100+ MHz on a modern PC or Mac, putting it on a PCI card makes no sense. You won't be able to use any Apple // hardware with it in a PCI slot, so it gains you nothing over the software emulation that is already available.
The reason for doing an actual accelerator for an Apple //gs is so you can install it in and use any hardware for an Apple //gs.
