Hi;

Yes, I am trying to downsize my collection. Of course today I run into a person trying to get rid of a bunch of vintage Apple service parts. I used restraint, I only brought home two boxes of stuff. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything exciting in the lot . One part is a vintage Apple memory card; I googled the part number but didn't find anything.

It is marked "memory expansion board" 670-0026 and 820-0178. One chip on the board has a white Apple sticker reading 342-0446A. The card has a 34 pin male IDC socket on one end; the card edge only has only one copper trace on each side, the one on the chip side is labeled GRD. There is 256k installed, with empty sockets provided that could bring it up to 1mb.

The card is rectangular, without the angled corner typical of an Apple II card. Perhaps it is for a printer ????

Thanks
Paul
