ICANN: Proposed Bylaws Change Updated and Open for Comment
ICANN is today posting for public comment an update to the proposed bylaw 
revision from the ICANN Nominating Committee. This revision was originally 
posted for public comment from 23 September to 23 October 2008, and several 
changes to the proposed language were received. During the ICANN meeting in 
Cairo, Egypt, ICANN staff was asked to post the revised language and open a

2009 ICANN Nominating Committee Convenes in Cairo
The 2009 ICANN Nominating Committee (Nom Com) has been convened and met for the 
first time on 7-8 November, immediately following the 33rd International ICANN

the ICANN Board appointed Tricia Drakes as Nom Com Chair. Tricia has selected

Domain Tasting and the Federal Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act

After Late Start Rick Rolls Through Full Auction List
Technical difficulties continued to plague the auctions in Australia this 
evening (afternoon in Australia). Rick Latona’s auction experienced similar 
audio/video issues that Aftermarket.com experienced earlier in the day at their 
TRAFFIC Down Under auction. When the audio and video feed came in, it was quite 
clear Latona was agitated by the over 1 hour delay.   He was heard saying

TRAFFIC Down Under Final Auction Lists Released
The final lists have been published for the TRAFFIC Australia auctions being 
conducted by Rick Latona and Aftermarket.com. Latona’s list consists of 62
