Memo to John Markoff: There are No "Do Overs" in History by Milton Mueller
Think for a moment of the enduring legacy of African slavery in America. Think
of the way it tainted this country's culture and politics; think of the bloody
Civil War, the ghettos and race riots after emancipation, the distorted
interpersonal relations, the segregated housing patterns. What if we could roll
back the clock and ensure that our society was "designed" so that slavery was
never permitted and never happened?

Domain Name Dispute Update: Cybersquatting Trademark Protected .net Domain Names
A search of the uniform domain name dispute resolution policy decisions by WIPO

.net domains are heavily cybersquatted along with the .com heavyweight. In many
instances, companies that have registered their trademarks or have common law
trademark rights find themselves being cybersquatted by the same registrant on
both the .com and the .net variations.

bekend worden gemaakt.
