I'm with a stealth-mode start-up developing a commercial software appliance (for enterprise storage management) based on opensolaris. We want to consider the Sun support options and what will best enable us as our end-customer deployments grow (issues like . Has anyone already explored these options for the following issues?
- What will optimize our fix/patch cycle with Sun if needed? - Will this model scale to the point where we have 100 customers? 1000?
