I had a look at the latest lispbuilder-sdl bindings (now checked into SVN) and it seems as though the wrappers for SDL_audio.h are now correct. So audio in lispbuilder-sdl should work fine, however no nice lispy wrappers have been created.
Oh, and I just checked in the raw bindings for the SDL_mixer library (lispbuilder-sdl-mixer) to SVN.
