The SVN instructions were moved to the main lispbuilder page from each of the 
lispbuilder-sdl* pages as the information was somewhat redundant.

I'm busy updating all the documentation to make the installation instructions 
more user-friendly.

One of the changes is the sdl-gfx, sdl-ttf and sdl-image pages are moved into 
the main sdl page. I think this makes sense as the actual APIs for these 
packages are exactly the same. 

Does anyone have anything to add? For example there were posts on creating 
standalone executables that I think deserve a section.
