in case if you are looking to just launch the application , from command line using launch-app <pakckagename> command in sdb shell will launch the application,
Apps with org.tizen.xxxxx are EFL based applications , I wonder the OSP based menu screen app on phone will list them on menu. Above all are just my opinion ...
