Based on my experience, most CERTIFICATE_CHAIN_VERIFICATION_FAILED errors are caused by incorrect date/time settings. But your case looks different. I just installed Tizen SDK 2.2b, and can build a sample native app successfully. Could you please describe how to reproduce your issue?
