Tizen::App::App::OnAppTerminating might be helpful Called when the application's state changes to App::TERMINATING.
An application's termination is triggered either by the system or by other applications. When the termination is triggered by the system because of conditions, such as power-off, and OOM, it is called "urgent termination" and during these terminations the OnAppTerminating() method cannot be executed properly. When an application is terminated because of a power-off, although this method is called, it should be executed in a short duration. And when an application is killed by OOM, this method is not called. -----Original Message----- From: application-dev-boun...@lists.tizen.org [mailto:application-dev-boun...@lists.tizen.org] On Behalf Of Madhu Kumar Sent: Saturday, November 23, 2013 9:48 AM To: Mats Wichmann Cc: application-dev@lists.tizen.org Subject: Re: [Tizen Application-dev] Get the exit status or code of another application Hi Mats, Thanks for your reply. I have already gone through the mentioned namespace. The only thing I could find is Tizen::App::IActiveAppEventListener Interface which gets when the current active application state chnages i.e if it goes to background or exits. But I will not know if that application's exit is graceful or not i.e. even is the application crashes, all I will know in IActiveAppEventListener is the active application got changed thats all. What I am more interested in is knowing the exit status of any given application. Whether it is graceful or not. Any mechanism or event handler available to achieve this. Please let me know if there are pointers available.
