How to Copy-Protect a File in a Nero-Disc-Image (NDI)

1. Copy-Protecting a File (In order to make a file unable to be copied)
- It is impossible, to name a file with the same name that the existing folder uses.
- When making a disc, there can not be a file and a folder that using the same name.
- We can edit a Nero-Disc-Image file, to name a file with the same name as a folder.
- When we burn it, the new disc will contain a file and a folder with the same name.
- The file is still can be opened, but it can't be copied, even by Norton Commander.
- We don't need to copy-protect all files & folders in the disc, only the core ones.
- The file size information in the Disc-Image can be modified to a bigger size, such
as 1 to 4 Giga Bytes, but some files are can't be opened, if we change their size.
2. Folder-Structure Security (In order to make a folder hard to be re-created)
- A folder with Hidden attribut is still can be seen in Windows Explorer or MS-DOS.
- It can be securely hidden with Secure-Data-Hide system (Info: CD-Secure Software)
- We only use CD-Secure Software to hide folders, when we use ISO-Disc-Image files.
- It's hard to identify a folder with "SDH", since it's invisible. If the folder is
identified, it's still hard to copy un-protected files and folders in it.
How to Copy-Pretect a Disc (Tracks and Table-of-Content / TOC Modification)
----------------------------------0- Disc dikompilasi dan di-burn 2 kali. Hasilnya adalah 2 track. Lalu buat file NDI-nya.
- Track pertama berisi folder dan/atau file tambahan, bukan folder dan/atau file utama.
- Track kedua berisi folder dan/atau file utama. Label di kedua Track dibuat agak beda.
- TOC di Track #1 dimodifikasi agar tidak bisa dibaca dan akan rusak jika disc di-copy.
- Track #1 dan #2 dimodifikasi agar tidak bisa dibaca dan akan rusak jika disc di-copy.
- Struktur track #1 dan #2 pada disc menjadi kacau, kekacauan TOC cuma ada di Track #1.
- Modifikasi ini dilakukan di file Nero-Disc-Image-nya, karena disc tidak bisa di-edit.
- Jika NDI di-burn akan menghasilkan disc yang bisa dijalankan, dan tidak bisa di-Copy.
- Jika disc di-copy, akan menghasilkan disc yang tidak bisa dijalankan (Error / rusak).
