Philip, you were going to try running something like:
perl -Iblib/arch -Iblib/lib t/TEST -verbose=1 t/apreq/upload.t
repeatedly from the glue/perl sub-directory and see whether or not it
ever fails for you. Did you get round to trying that?
I know Randy said he'd seen this before, so it may be a Win32 thing, but
it's definitely not just me.
