Hello, i would like to ask, if there is a Problem while using both frontends, aptitude and synaptic, together.
In some Wiki there are several hints to don't do this, because aptitude uses another Database to store information of the state of packages. In some cases of "wild mixing" there would be currupted databases in both systems so that neither aptitude nor synaptic could work properly. Do you confirm this? Is the default recommandation to use only one of this frontends? I'am activ at the Wiki http:/wiki.ubuntuusers.de and this info would be importand for the Users.
