Package: aptitude,apt
#Version: 0.4.4-4,0.6.46.4-0.1

In one window I did:

|$ sudo aptitude update
|[...]
|Fetched 388kB in 36s (10.6kB/s)
|Segmentation faultsts... 0%

I a different window I started:

|$ sleep 20; sudo aptitude install linux-image-2.6.22-1-vserver-686
|E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily
unavailable)
|E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another
process using it?
|Segmentation faultsts... 1%

Maybe this is due to mmaping a file whose size changes (shrinks?)?

Can't reproduce this in Wheezy with 0.6.8.2-1. Hence closing.
