Package: aptitude
Version: 0.2.7.1-1
When I try to use the action grouping policy as the default method for
viewing packages, I show no packages at all. This is a very important
method to have working.
One of the main reasons I use dselect is to find out by scrolling
throught the list what packages have been updated that I already have
installed, what packages will be upgraded in place. This helps me to
be prepared for anything that should break and helps me decide if it's
safe to "go" without any surprises.

Hi,
I'm cleaning up a few ancient bug reports against aptitude.

I think that counts as "invalid bug" or at least as "fixed in the
version it was reported against".
Hence closing this issue with the version it was reported against.

Anyone who's still bothered that the "New Packages" heading is only
shown if there are new packages, is free to file a new wishlist bug
report about that.
