Thanks for the report. On a first glance this looked similar to http://bugs.debian.org/726047 but I think I had these crashes after everything was finished occassionally, too, before 10th of October. And your crash was neither at the start of the configure run nor was it a SIGSEGV but a SIGABRT, so they're likely different issues.
